D.C. (February 13, 2024) - A new analysis of government data by the
Center for Immigration Studies shows that in the fourth quarter of
2023 there were 2.7 million more workers — 2.9 million more
immigrants (legal and illegal) and 183,000 fewer U.S.-born Americans
— than in the fourth quarter of 2019, pre-covid. Employment for
both groups has rebounded since the lows of 2020, but it has not
fully recovered for the U.S.-born, while immigrant employment
(foreign-born) has exploded.
Less-educated U.S.-born men
struggle the most. The labor force participation — the share
working or looking for work – of U.S.-born men (18 to 64) without a
bachelor’s has not returned to pre-covid levels. They do not show
up as unemployed because they are not actively looking for work.
There has been a decades-long decline in the labor force
participation of these less-educated U.S.-born men, which is linked
to profound social problems such as crime, overdose deaths and
suicide.

- A little-known part of the Biden administration's CBP One parole program permits inadmissible aliens to make an appointment to fly directly to airports in the interior of the United States, bypassing the border altogether. Partial data on the program, just obtained by the Center for immigration Studies pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act request, reveals that more than 400,000 people from four countries have used this direct-flight and parole program over the past year!!!!-------
All are unvetted and not only pose a National Security Threat, but also a Threat to our Personal Health and Safety Environments!

Moving into 2024 our main challenge is to prevent passage of a Mass Alien amnesty Bill which would also as much as double legal immigration.
WARNING: The open borders crowd will transmogrify the Mass Alien Amnesty Bill into a push for the “Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill” (introduced earlier) including an Alien Amnesty plus other worse provisions AND push for passage in 2024!
Since there are already over 35 million Illegals now living in the U.S.A. and since prepandemic there was an unsustainable 1.5-1.6 million Annual Legal immigrant influx which costs U.S. Taxpayers $330 Billion/Year, I.e., $758 MILLION/Year Net for each Congressional District, not including Net State & Local costs

Mass Legal Immigration fuels illegal immigration since the “Slots” allowing Legal immigration (e.g., the uncapped Asylee Category which encourages Child Trafficking, Drug Running, [Think Fentanyl!] among other travesties) are Magnets for illegal immigrants and the Cartels' operations.
PEB.s Solutions: PEB pushes a Zero-Net all-categories-included Moratorium on Legal immigration which would still allow a 150,000 annual inflow to match the typical annual outflow, a position which maximizes Political Pressure for Reductions, and which already has Congressional support (cf Rep. Gosar's R-Az Moratorium Bill)

In fact Biden alone could stop the ongoing Negative Environmental Impact of Illegal Immigration
All he would have to do is reverse the Executive Orders he issued eliminating the Trump policies re. the Border when he Biden came into office
Unfortunately for the environment we may have to wait until this Fall's Election for this to happen
And consider the Negative Environmental Impact of Mass Legal Immigration
- Stabilizing or reducing population size in industrialized nations is essential for achieving sustained Carbon Emissions Reductions and Environmental Protection!!
Birth rates in industrialized western nations are below replacement level in both the U.S. and Europe. In the United States, the population still grows, however, because of continuing high levels of legal & illegal immigration. Moreover, most immigrants are Economic Migrants and come in order to raise their standard of living, which means raising their personal rate of carbon emissions. The only way to reduce carbon emissions permanently is to limit immigration. The goal must be ZERO NET immigration into the United States i e. reducing Legal from about 1.5 Million /year pre-pandemic to 150,000/year AND stopping virtually all illegal immigration That would allow the USA to stabilize its population
Zero Net Immigration is also essential to curing a host of other environmental problems: Crowding, Housing shortage, Topsoil loss, Endangered species loss Potable water availability, Safety!! etc
--Understanding the pressure of growing populations on the environment’s carrying capacity is essential for developing sustainable solutions. For example, Professor Pimentel et al. (Cornell University) found that for every person added to the United States’ population, one acre of farmland (precious topsoil) or natural habitat (for the critters) was lost, de facto permanently, to development.

ONLY pushing BALANCE's all-categories-included zero Net MORATORIUM on Legal Immigration (which would still allow appx. 150,000 legal immigrants/year) plus closing the Border MAXIMIZES the chances of stopping the Horrendous Alien Amnesty Bill which is still pending.
Pushing any less restrictive number, as the two National Mass Immigration Management Groups do, will likely result in a Compromise Bill reducing the numbers by just a few hundred thousand at most..... a totally unacceptable result.
indeed, those two National Mass Immigration Management groups refuse to support any Moratorium Bill (like Rep. Gosar's e.g.)
Incredibly, one of these Nonprofits actually advocates "Better Immigration" as its First Priority NOT reduced Immigration!!!!!!!

URGENT: Contact the Biden Administration and your U.S. Representatives and Senators repeatedly and urge them to oppose any Bill which contains ANY Amnesty Bill provisions, or any increase in legal immigration, and to support a zero-net Moratorium Bill and closing the Border
