URGENT ACTION ALERTS

200,000+ Illegals 5%+ w.. Covid, swarmed into USA in March but Amnesty's likely cost would be $1.3 Trillion, not counting Enviro. effects

-Dept of Homeland Security estimates at least 5% of Illegals have COVID-19 and now they are being transported all over the USA.

- Of the 200,000+, 172,000 were apprehended/counted and the rest were 'getaways'.

 - "Evidence is that six times as many Illegals have COVID-19 as the % in the American population as a whole" Senator Ted Cruz The MS Media is censoring, or not revealing these facts, nor the facts that:

 -The negative Environmental Effects of this Massive Population increase-- e.g. for every person added to the U.S. Population one acre of farmland or natural habitat is converted to developed uses (Pimentel, et.al.Cornell) AND that in California and other fire prone states Immigration generated pressure increases population growth (1.6 Million annually nationally of which 400,000 annually settle in California from Legal Immigration alone) and many of these people migrate into fire-prone areas thus increasing the risk.

 - The Cartels exploit the Illegal Migrants using them for drug and sex trafficking.

 - Nearly half of the Illegal Migrants are mid to late teen males, not children.

 - The Illegal Migrants come from over 70 (seventy!) countries , not just Central America.

 - The Illegal Migrant flow contains convicted criminals as well as MS13 and other gang members. 

 - The massive flows of Illegal migrants (2 Million est. by end of summer if current flows continue their increasing trend) are very expensive and generate pressure to pass Amnesty Bills (i.e.Magnets for even more Migrants) now pending in Congress. 

 - Consider the following recent CIS analysis of the costs to taxpayers of enacting the Amnesty bills now pending in Congress:

 Amnesty Would Impose Large Costs on Social Security and Medicare

 The cost could be as high as $1.3 trillion

 Washington, D.C. (April 5, 2021) – A new report from the Center for Immigration Studies highlights the added cost to Social Security and Medicare that would result from any bill passed by the U.S. Congress providing legal status and a path to citizenship to illegal immigrants. Under current law, illegal immigrants are net contributors to Social Security and Medicare because they partially pay in to entitlement programs but cannot legally receive benefits. By granting eligibility for benefits, however, amnesty would transform illegal immigrants from net contributors into net beneficiaries, imposing steep costs on the Social Security and Medicare trust funds.

 Jason Richwine, resident scholar at the Center and author of the report, said, "Amnesty transforms illegal immigrants from net contributors to net beneficiaries of our entitlement programs. It is important to acknowledge this large added cost, but the CBO's 10-year budget window will miss it."

 Key findings:

 Amnesty would impose a lifetime net cost on Social Security and Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) of about $129,000 per amnesty recipient. This cost is the present discounted value of benefits received minus new taxes paid.

 If 10 million illegal immigrants receive amnesty, (and their are already over 20 Million in the USA--ED) the total cost to Social Security and Medicare Part A would be roughly $1.3 trillion in present value, equivalent to a one-time transfer of 6 percent of GDP.

 Because most of these costs would occur outside its 10-year budget window, the Congressional Budget Office is unlikely to include them when it scores amnesty legislation.

POPULATION GROWTH REALITIES

Population in Central America, from which the majority of illegal aliens arrive, grows at the rate of 1.2% annually.  This rate of increase projects that population will double every 59 years. Poverty in these countries can be alleviated only if population is reduced, or at least stabilized.  But how can the rest of the world absorb the number of persons now in Central America [179 million] every 59 years?

But the illegal alien flow into the United States is not only from Central America.  Persons from over 70 countries have been identified.  In the poorest sectors of the world have a population of 749 million persons and the number grows at the rate of 2,8% annually. This rate of growth projects to doubling in 25 years.  Again the question, will more prosperous corners of the world absorb these extra 749 million every 25 years so that poorest countries do not become yet more crowded and more impoverished?  Data from Population Reference Bureau.

And note important studies from Dr. Virginia Abernethy and Dr. Anne Brittain show that stopping immigration to the USA reduces Fertility Rates in sending countries, which is much to their benefit!

KEY ECONOMIC EFFECT

For Most countries  an expanding population results in an increasing GDP, however, ALL countries with an expanding population have a declining PER CAPITA GDP.   i.e. the average person becomes poorer.

THE SOLUTION

BALANCE believes we should close our Borders permanently to Illegal Entry and limit Legal Immigration by imposing an all-categories-included zero Net Moratorium on Legal Immigration (which would still allow about 150,000 legal settlers annually).

This Solution to the Mass Legal immigration problem includes ending the Visa Lottery, Chain Migration and Birthright Citizenship, and above all limiting the overall Numbers via the all-categories-included Zero-Net Moratorium, including dramatically limiting or even eliminating the number of H1b Visas.The USA does NOT have a STEM or other worker shortage, nor does it have a farm worker shortage, as four separate studies have shown (see ASAP! Coalition member Carrying Capacity Network's recent Alert.)

 

We reiterate: to reduce the number of Illegals, it is essential to dramatically reduce the number of LEGAL “Slots” (e.g., the uncapped Asylee Category) which serve as a Magnet for Illegal Aliens coming! The Asylee category encourages Child Trafficking, because if an Illegal migrant brings or “acquires” a child, that Illegal immigrant is not deported, and is likely to get a green card.

 

Sanctuary cities and states status should be ended.

 

So tell Congress and the Biden administration NOW you want reactivation of Operation Talon. And tell them You want Enactment of an all-Categories-included Zero-NET MORATORIUM (i.e., where Immigration equals Emigration, i.e., about 150,000 per year) on Legal Immigration! and Funding to Complete building The Wall, Implementation of e-Verify, An end to Catch and Release and unlimited grants of Asylum and Chain Migration Anchor Baby citizenship and All work-based Visas (e.g., no more H1a and H1b Visas).

 

Over 15 Million Americans are now unemployed, so now is the time to mandate a “Hire Americans Only” policy. Consider the consequences of NOT implementing the aforementioned. Among the most important are:
