URGENT ACTION ALERTS

Amnesty Threat via "Reconciliation" Bill; Counter"Need Immigrant workers" Deception--BALANCE ALERT

There are over 36 MILLION! Illegals in the USA and that number is growing by over 200,000/month as Illegals from over 150 countries flood into the USA. Hundreds are testing positive for Covid.every month And that Illegal Alien flood is largely managed for profits by The Drug Running and Child Trafficking Cartels. Our public health and public safety environments are in increasing danger.

Yet the Open Borders crowd wants to give all these Illegals not only Amnesty, but also a path to Citizenship and voting!

And of course all this is not only a threat to our Natural Environment (do we have adequate water and housing??!! It also threatens our Economic  environment.

A new report from the Center for Immigration Studies highlights the added cost to Social Security and Medicare that would result from any bill passed by the U.S. Congress providing legal status and a path to citizenship to illegal immigrants. Under current law, illegal immigrants are net contributors to Social Security and Medicare because they partially pay into entitlement programs but cannot legally receive benefits. By granting eligibility for benefits, however, amnesty would transform illegal immigrants from net contributors into net beneficiaries, imposing steep costs on the Social Security and Medicare trust funds. And yet the Biden administration wants to admit an additional mainly unvetted Afghans at an additional multi-Billion $ cost !It’s extraordinarily expensive to resettle a refugee in the United States.

They get free health care. They get free education. They get free housing. They get free food. They get cash welfare,” Stephen Miller. In addition, the Open Borders crowd is trying to ram through the following:

The American Dream and Promise Act (H.R. 6) would grant amnesty to approximately 2.9 million illegal aliens who claim to have entered the country at the age of 18 or younger and meet other requirements. AND would also grant an amnesty to approximately 320,000 illegal aliens who received Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

These House Reps. also pushed through to The Senate

The Farm Workforce Modernization Act (H.R. 1603) which would grant amnesty to more than 1 million alien farmworkers AND their family members, all ultimately eligible for Citizenship. Just as troubling, it would also replace the existing agriculture guest worker program with a new one.

Farmers would be able to sponsor guest workers, and if they work a certain number of hours over a set period of time the workers could receive a green card.

Together, the two bills would grant amnesty to more than 5 million illegal aliens while doing nothing to prevent the kind of massive border surges that Border Patrol agents currently face as well the House Reps. passed to the Senate the Citizenship for Essential Workers Act (H.R 1909, S747) to the Senate. It would create a pathway to Citizenship for Millions of "Essential" workers. Among those included would be farmworkers, meatpackers, nurses, janitors, construction workers, grocery store clerks, truck drivers, restaurant cooks, domestic workers, home health care aides, emergency first responders, all competing down the wages and job opportunities for American workers.

ACT NOW;

Tell your representatives you Oppose all the Amnesty bills and insist they re-implement all the Trump policies re the Border and re: Legal Immigration Demand that our National Legislators enact an all-categories-included zero Net Moratorium on Legal Immigration and to stop subsidizing LEGAL immigration with the $330 Billion that American Taxpayers already spend every year to subsidize it — that is $758 Million/year* Net per Congressional District for the 1.5 Million plus immigrants admitted legally each year. (400,000/year into California alone annually) prior to the Biden Executive Orders.

See CCN's study of the Net Costs of Immigration at carryingcapacity.org the upcoming "Reconciliation" budget bill has not been finalized, but is expected to include a pathway to citizenship for millions of undocumented immigrants in their initial proposal.  Unfortunately it is now clear that the "Reconciliation" bill will be considered by the Senate.

The budget reconciliation rules prevent Republicans from blocking the package with a filibuster, meaning Democrats can win passage in the Senate just on Democratic votes if they are unified. The party cannot afford a single defection.

While the immigration wish list was expected to be a source of friction between progressives and moderates, it has until now been a relatively uncontroversial subject, with moderate Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) signaling earlier support.

Still, the size of the budget bill, which progressives want to be as high as $3.5 to $5 trillion, is hotly debated, and talks on that point could drag other issues onto the negotiating table.  And the Senate parliamentarian has yet to rule on whether immigration provisions, or which immigration provisions, are eligible for inclusion in a budget bill.

Democratic leaders are prepping for a multistep process in negotiating with the parliamentarian to convince her of the budgetary impact of granting immigration benefits.

Meanwhile, certain elected officials influenced by the "Cheap Labor Lobby" are pushing for Democratic leaders not to cede on immigration when negotiations on the budget heat up.

Another Negative consequence of Mass Immigration:

Average Americans have responded to declining opportunity generated in large part by immigrant worker competition by having fewer babies.

The transition to below-replacement level family size began for whites in the middle 1970s. It began for blacks in the mid-1990s. Hispanic fertility rates are also on a down-trend as this demographic responds to the realities of the labor market.

As always, Americans will respond to prosperity and the expectation of continuing prosperity by marrying earlier and raising their desired family size. But what will achieve the continued prosperity that could set off another "baby boom"?

The best answer is stop mass immigration. Well established results from independent studies [see Population Politics, 1993; The Vanishing American Dream, 2016; and various articles] show that immigration negatively impacts the labor market so far as American workers are concerned. Whatever are the labor force characteristics of immigrants, the Americans with matching labor force characteristics find their employment opportunities becoming less favorable as immigrants swell labor force numbers. Employers love this. But employers don't have babies. Individual Americans would, if they thought they could afford the cost.

A related question is whether the United States needs either more babies or more immigrants. Has the US population exceeded the long-term carrying capacity already?

If not, explain please why the southwest suffers periodically from droughts?

Why the water table of major aquifers, like the Ogallala, is dropping so that many agricultural areas are withering rather than being adequately irrigated?

And why the shower head in a major Denver hotel trickles water from only six of its many little holes? And why the topsoil strata in Iowa has shrunk from a rich 12 feet to less than one foot in many agricultural areas?

Environmental consequence: For every person added to the U.S. population one acre of prime farmland or natural habitat (for critters) is converted to developed uses... Pimentel et. al. Cornell

EMPLOYMENT CONSEQUENCES

i. CCN Study — 5.9 MILLION AMERICANS HAVE BEEN DISPLACED from JOBS SINCE 2005 by IMMIGRANT WORKERS. See  www.carryingcapacity.org.

ii. Confirmed by two other studies, e.g., by Professor of Computer Science, U.C. Davis, Norm Matloff Blog, “Vast Majority of H1B and related visa hires are Cheap Labor Hires”

iii. And by Economist Ed Rubenstein writing for vdare.com.  And this displacement occurred before the displacement caused by the Economic damage caused by the pandemic. There is no shortage of American Workers! See recent Immigrant Employment Data from CIS.org in CCN’s previous

Alerts.

And perhaps the greatest Deception is that the USA needs an increasing Population to increase the GDP.  But while an increasing population MAY increase aggregate GDP it ALWAYS DECREASES Per Capita GDP and PER CAPITA GDP is one of the Best Tests of the Economic Health of a Population or a Nation.

Incredibly, Biden's Department of Homeland Security has proposed a new rule that would allow frontline officers -- instead of immigration supervisors and judges -- to serve as the judge and jury for people claiming asylum at the border.

Our view is that the purpose of the rule is to make it faster and easier for anybody claiming asylum to be allowed into the country and given work permits without testing whether they really have a claim for asylum.

The rule would create the worst-case situation for American workers who have to compete with the people allowed across the border. If the frontline officers grant passage, there is no appeal by the public to review the case and protect American workers from fraudulent asylum claims. But if the frontline officers rule against passage, those applicants CAN appeal the decision. The proposed rule is designed to move as many foreign workers as possible into the U.S. labor markets as quickly as possible.

By the time you read this the open borders crowd's attempt to add an Amnesty and path to Citizenship (and voting!) for the 30 Million plus Illegals in the USA to the Budget Reconciliation Bill may have passed. If not call your Reps and tell them NO! NO WAY!!

Instead tell them you want them to support Rep.

Gosar's(R.Az.) Moratorium Bill Rep. Paul Gosar has introduced a bill to put a ten year moratorium on LEGAL AND ILLEGAL immigration to the United States .H.R.1883 would enact a moratorium on all immigration, build the wall, prioritize securing the Southern border, repeal certain executive orders which endanger the security of the United States, re-assert a zero-tolerance immigration policy, ensure the safe return of unaccompanied alien children, reduce human trafficking.

Gosar announced the bill in a tweet, writing “this week I sponsored a 10-year moratorium on immigration until we can figure out how to put Americans first.”

Then to harm our people more, the Biden administration uses tax money to pay for transportation, fancy hotels (one in Scottsdale, Arizona), food and health care for these illegal aliens. Meanwhile Americans suffer with inflation and low wages,” the statement continued. “We can’t have legal immigration when we have rampant illegal alien invaders. This is a threat to our national security and our economy and to our citizens. “

“With the destruction of President Trump’s solid immigration enforcement, and current disregard and violation of existing federal law, Mr. Biden has unleashed the most severe border and humanitarian crisis in United States history,”

Gosar added. “No other nation, save England and Germany, has willingly participated in its own economic and cultural destruction. No American voted for this desecration. The laws have not been changed. This is lawless criminality.”

The statement concluded by saying that “With millions of Americans including our veterans who are now unemployed, homeless, or living in poverty we need to take care of one another before we allow millions to migrate here.

Time to pause migration to America and figure out how to put the American people first.” Indeed!

Considered together, and if passed the Amnesty etc. Bills (e.g.H.R. 1177 and S348 et. al.) would likely result in the issuance of 37 Million Green cards

Now, the House and Senate Judiciary Committees have broad instructions to draft an amnesty for as many illegal aliens as they see fit. Congressional Democrats have clearly stated that the amnesty must include Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) recipients, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) beneficiaries, farmworkers, and those working in “essential industries,” which includes nearly almost every occupation under the sun.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) directed the Senate’s committees to prepare their legislative text before September 15 Call your Senators and Representatives and tell them we should close our Borders permanently to Illegal Entry by inter alia, completing the wall, and limit Legal Immigration by imposing an all-categories-included zero Net Moratorium on Legal Immigration (which would still allow about 150,000 legal settlers annually)..

This Solution to the Mass Legal immigration problem must also include ending the Visa Lottery, Chain Migration and Birthright Citizenship, and above all limiting the overall Numbers via the all-categories-included Zero-Net Moratorium, including dramatically limiting or even eliminating the number of H1b Visas. The USA does NOT have a STEM or other worker shortage, as four separate studies have shown (see ASAP! Coalition member Carrying Capacity Network's recent Alert.)

We reiterate: to reduce the number of Illegals, it is essential to dramatically reduce the number of LEGAL “Slots” (e.g., the uncapped Asylee Category) which serve as a Magnet for Illegal Aliens coming! The Asylee category encourages Child Trafficking, because if an Illegal migrant brings or “acquires” a child, that Illegal immigrant is not deported, and is likely to get a green card.

So tell Congress and the Biden administration NOW you want reactivation of Operation Talon. And tell them You want Funding to Complete building The Wall, and, Implementation of e-Verify, And an end to Catch and Release and unlimited grants of Asylum and Chain Migration Anchor Baby citizenship and All work-based Visas (e.g., no more H1a and H1b Visas).

Over 20 Million Americans are now unemployed, so now is the time to mandate a “Hire Americans Only” policy. Consider the consequences of NOT implementing the aforementioned. Among the most important are:

BALANCE has documented the toll that Mass Immigration takes on the Environment (Pressure Intensifying to Migrate to the US) , including the loss of one acre of farmland or natural habitat for every person added to the U.S. population!.

And reported on the $330 Billion Annual NET Cost to U.S. Taxpayers from Legal immigration (see Net Costs of Legal Immigration Study).

And increasing population density and Immigration have Disease and Public Safety Consequences And allowing Mass immigration increases overpopulation in the sending countries (c.f. Professors Abernethy, Vanderbilt, and Brittain Fla.State) Remittances from and Opportunity for Migrants in the USA increases birth rates in those sending countries.

So help BALANCE MOBILIZE ACTIVISTS and contact Media and Congress to intensify our push for the aforementioned all-categories included Zero-NET MORATORIUM TODAY, NOW!

Please contact your representatives NOW!

We expect the Open Borders lobby to move very soon to enact as a part of their omnibus Amnesty bill, all the “Bad Bills” we helped successfully stop in recent years TO MAXIMIZE BALANCE's CLOUT PLEASE DONATE NOW! by Credit Card on our website: BALANCE or by check to: Population-Environment Balance | P.O. Box 268 | San Francisco, CA 94104 DONATIONS ARE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE Dollar for Dollar, Donations to BALANCE and its ASAP! Coalition Allies who push a Moratorium on the approximate 1.6 Million Legal Immigrants who settle in the U.S. each year (including the 400,000 settling each year in California), create much more Political Clout for reduction in both Legal and Illegal immigration numbers than Donations to Mass Immigration Management Groups, i.e., those who refuse to push for an all-categories-included Zero-Net Moratorium, and, therefore, de facto endorse continued Mass Immigration.

Failure to push for an all-categories-included Zero-Net Moratorium and for  closing Borders to Illegal Entry constitutes de facto support for continuing Mass Immigration, only at lower levels.

BALANCE is anti-Mass-Immigration, not anti-immigrant.

Population-Environment Balance is a national, non-profit membership organization dedicated to maintaining the quality of life in the United States through population stabilization.

BALANCE is the leading National Organization publicizing information regarding the Threat of Mass Immigration-generated population growth to our Environment, Nation, Budgets, and Personal Safety and Mobilizing Activists to Reduce it.

It Will Get Much Worse

BALANCE hears some long-time U.S. Population-Stabilization Activists wearily claiming:

“It” — “The Demographic/Environmental/Deficit Trends in the USA” are Bad but can Not get much Worse and
—There is a high improbability we can make significant progress toward achieving U.S. Population Stabilization.
